Privacy Policy.

When you submit a form on this site — the contact form or the plan-scoping form — the information you provide is collected: your name, email address, company name, the plans you selected, and your answers to the scoping questions. That's the complete list. Browsing the site collects nothing.

Form submissions are used for exactly one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, running it. A submission creates a record in Baroud Studios' own CRM (built on ClickUp — the same product this site sells) and sends a notification email to the studio.

No marketing lists. No drip campaigns. No newsletters you didn't ask for. You'll only ever hear back about the thing you wrote in about.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is a small record of your cookie-notice choice and, if you switch themes, your light/dark preference — stored locally on your device, never transmitted, and readable by no one else.

Signals like Global Privacy Control are respected — though with no tracking to opt out of, there's nothing they need to turn off.

Three service providers process form data on the studio's behalf: Vercel (hosts this website), ClickUp (the CRM where your inquiry becomes a record), and Resend (delivers the notification email). Each receives only what's needed to do its job. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with anyone else — full stop.

Inquiry records are kept for as long as they're useful for the conversation or engagement they belong to. If you want yours gone, ask — see the next section.

Wherever you live, the deal is the same: use the inquiry form and you can request a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or have it deleted. Requests are honored within 30 days, usually much faster.

If you're in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law: this site does not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and it doesn't use your data for targeted advertising — so there's nothing to opt out of, but the access, correction, and deletion rights above are yours. If you're in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland: form data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (or consent, where required), and you additionally have the rights to restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16. No data is knowingly collected from them.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get a notice on this page. The policy will never quietly get worse.
