The work.

Enterprise ClickUp builds, client portals that read ClickUp via API, and the automation plumbing in between. Every build below shipped, and every build is still running.

A note on names: client privacy comes first here — company names are withheld until each client chooses to be named. Every build below is real, in production, and happy to be proven on the call.

A creative agency's client lifecycle, made self-running

The agency runs everything on ClickUp. We turned the manual work between 'a lead fills out the form' and 'a client project is live' into a self-running system — ~20 automations, one-click onboarding from 60+ service templates, and AI-written performance reviews leadership actually reads.

Six disconnected tools, one sales dashboard — and revenue that reconciles itself

A paid-social agency's sales operation ran across Calendly, Close, Stripe, PandaDoc, ClickUp, and Slack with no reconciliation between them — the founder cross-referenced tools by hand every day, and silent failures (contracts signed but never invoiced, wire payments missing from MRR, deals closed with no charge) surfaced only by luck. I designed and built, from scratch, a production sales-operations dashboard on a snapshot read model: every source pulled hourly in parallel, one dashboard, automation that closes the loops, and reconciliation tools that make the silent failures announce themselves.

Your industry isn't here?

It will be. Leads, projects, approvals, and handoffs work the same everywhere — the system adapts to the business, not the other way around.
